Rob Russell is the Director of East Tennessee State University‘s Writing & Communication Center. The Center serves the campus community by offering peer tutoring, instructional support, and faculty development related to writing and speaking across the curriculum. Rob is also a musician, songwriter, recovering politician and blogger (Johnson City Slim is his music/popular culture blog).
